Ms Hajni Fruttus

Principal - English teacher in Busy Bee Group

I am the preschool teacher of English in Busy Bee Group. I graduated in 1993 as a teacher of English and Russian. I have been working as a preschool teacher of English since 2006. I got my Bachelor’ Degree in preschool teaching graded outstanding in 2012 at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. Since 2009 I have been training teachers in the young learner section at conferences and workshops (Oxford University Press, Katedra Language Schools) and also as a mentor. I am committed to teach foreign languages at a very early age as their language learning skills are best at this age. This age group is very close to my heart. My primary aim when teaching kids is to provide children with playful, entertaining and interesting experiences. This is why it is so important for me that the lessons not only provide the basics of language learning but also help the children’s development in confidence, social and cognitive skills which prepare the children ready for school. I am an enthusiastic and motivated member of our school.

Ms Barbara Varga

Ms Barbara Varga

Hungarian teacher in Busy Bee Group

I got my OKJ certificate of Assistant teacher of special educational needs (SEN) at Meta Don Bosco Vocational Secondary School in 2018. At present I study to be a preschool teacher at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. During my traineeship and also at my previous working place I have gained a lot of experience about children and about working with children. I think it provides a good foundation for effective work. The most important thing for me is that the children spend their everyday life in a trusting, safe and familial environment. I find empathy, acceptance, good communication skills, creativity, cooperation and of course humour inevitable in this job. My aim is to enrich children with emotions and develop their cognitive skills. Also I would like to contribute to their learning with something new during the exciting, interesting weekdays that we spend together.

Ms Orsi Szász

Ms Orsi Szász

English teacher in Butterfly Group

I am Orsi Szász, the English teacher of the Butterfly group. I graduated at ELTE as a pre - school teacher specialised in English teaching. Earlier I worked with toddlers also in English where I learned a lot about early language acquisition in practice. I am a cultural anthropologist as well, I welcome cultural diversity and I find it an interesting working environment. I am sure that our future lies in a tolerant and attentive communication which seeks deeper knowledge about the ‘different’, and acquiring foreign languages has an important role in it, which in early childhood is literally a child’s play. We work with lots of storytelling, music and actions, while I find it important to preserve and develop creativity, to support personal ideas and skills. I myself do a lot of brainstorming, experiments, and keep looking for opportunities to learn new things.

Ms Barbara Pintér

Ms Barbara Pintér

English teacher in Butterfly Group

My name is Barbara Pintér, working as a kindergarten teacher in Orchidea Hungarian-English Bilingual Kindergarten. I graduated from Eötvös Lóránd University with Hungarian language and literature and Hungarian as foreign language degree, completed with teacher diploma in 2004. I have been dealing with education and care of kindergarten and preschool age children since 2016. I have had opportunity to participate and get experience in international education - both as parent and teacher – and its advanced methods I like to incorporate into the education of young children socializing in Hungary. I believe in the power of multilingual education and early development. I find it important to train children consistently and feel that by providing the appropriate amount of exercise, love and knowledge, we are preparing happy, confident and conscious kids for school years. „ The kids will be happy if you love them, and it includes that you love them even if they are different from you“

Ms Tamara Kiglics

English teacher in Ladybird Group

I am Tamara Kiglics, English teacher in Ladybird group. I graduated at Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem as a kindergarten teacher in summer, 2019. The education for acceptance and respect towards each other I find very important, I would like to strenghten these attitudes in children. This is a stressed principle of education at Orchidea school and the part of everyday life. It is very important for me to get to know the kids, to accept their personalities and adapt to them. I would like to create a very good community, where we all can be equal. I consider important that children are involved in making rules within the group, so they can learn how to be responsible for each other. My goal is that children have fun and feel good at the kindergarten, and learn English language through games.

Ms Zsuzsanna Gál

Hungarian teacher in Ladybird Group

I am Zsuzsanna Gál, Hungarian teacher in Orchidea Kindergarten. I graduated as music teacher at Eszterházy Károly University. I apply my musical knowledge gained there and at other courses to the needs and abilities of little children. We have some kind of opportunity for singing almost every day, which I use for developing musical skills. I have started to work as a kindergarten teacher about 10 years ago. Since the beginning I have been lucky to work with a variety of cultures and age groups every day. Tolerance and acceptance of each other is important for me, I try to strengthen these abilities in the children. I like to combine the different areas of education, so my activities are constructed in a way to develop more different skills at the same time. I believe, that there is a way to reach out to every children, only has to be found.
